For our part, we have made an early version of Quinn available for free to anyone working on the front lines of this pandemic.

Quinn has a large database of quotes, inspiration, wisdom and humor, that we can deliver to your mobile phone when it would be most helpful to you. Quinn’s messaging is informed by latest evidence in the peer-reviewed literature and crafted with both experts in psychology and people with lived experience on the front lines of healthcare. The messages are delivered as text messages (SMS) on a schedule you set.

We know that what you need may be very different from the person standing next to you — Quinn’s AI will adapt and personalize the messages for you, based on your reactions to the quotes we send you.

We have been working on this for nearly 5 years, but have accelerated deployment since the onset of COVID-19 to best support you as you are best supporting all of us. Over the next few months, Quinn’s AI and user experience will improve by automatically adapting to keep up with the changing environment and the changing needs of each person.
